0152890)! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform located at
www.deetaa.com (the "Site"), and other services provided by Deetaa (collectively, the
"Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do

To access features of the Services, you need to create an account. You must provide

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and

Deetaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and
networks that support the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts,
computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
Use any automated means, such as scripts or bots, to access the Services for any
purpose without our express written permission.
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or distribute through the
Services ("User Content"). You grant Deetaa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in
connection with the operation of the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to post the User Content and that
such content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the items they list on the
marketplace. All items must comply with our [Prohibited Items Policy].
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and accurately..
Buyers are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to
buy. By placing an order, buyers agree to pay the listed price for the item and any
applicable taxes and transaction fees.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information. It is mandatory that buyers
do a check on the identity of the seller before buying their items.
Transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. Deetaa is not responsible for any
disputes arising from transactions.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Deetaa from claims, demands,
and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such
disputes.
Deetaa charges fees for certain Services. These fees are subject to change, and you will
be notified of any fee changes. Current fee charged by Deetaa is 20% of the price of the
item. Additionally after two KYC attempts users are required to pay the cost of KYC.
All fees are non-refundable.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Deetaa
does not store payment information except for the bank account details to which the
money is credited after every sale to the seller.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the Services.
Deetaa will disburse payments to sellers after every successful transaction and in case of failure the amount can be redeemed manually. Sellers must provide accurate payment information to receive disbursements.
All content and materials on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics,
logos, and software, are the property of Deetaa.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without prior
written permission from Deetaa.
‘Deetaa’ are trademarks of Zero 2 Nine. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
Deetaa may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services or us.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Deetaa does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error- free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deetaa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deetaa, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deetaa regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Deetaa relating to the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Deetaa's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
Deetaa should not be used to impersonate any other person than self to be listed on the marketplace. Deetaa also forbids listing of unlawful entities. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Sellers are responsible for listing accurate items to be shipped to buyers.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and contact details.
Deetaa is not responsible for incorrect items sold by the sellers.
Deetaa has a no return no refund policy for all items listed on the marketplace. Details of this policy will be provided on the Site.
Sellers may offer promotions and discounts on their items, subject to Deetaa's guidelines and policies.
Deetaa may offer site-wide promotions and discounts. Details of these promotions will be provided on the Site.
Buyers may leave feedback and reviews for items purchased through the marketplace.
You agree not to post false or misleading reviews or feedback.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Deetaa. These communications may include notices about your account, transactions, and other information related to the Services.
You may also receive marketing communications from Deetaa if you have opted in to receive such communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Deetaa. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Deetaa makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Accessing the Services from territories where the Services are illegal is prohibited.
Deetaa will process and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Deetaa will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, supply shortages, and government regulations.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Deetaa's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Deetaa may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion.
